WHAT IS CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT?

Riverton High School partners with area colleges and universities to build a comprehensive college experience for motivated and academically prepared high school students.  College courses are taught at Riverton High School by teachers who have been approved by the college/university.  Students receive high school and college credit.

The CE experience prepares high school students with the skills they need to  seamlessly transition to college after high school and successfully navigate the challenges of higher education.

Credits earned through concurrent enrollment are transferrable to other colleges and universities. You are advised to check with the individual institutions for their transfer credit guidelines.
